Donald P. Morgan, Research Officer, writes about credit markets and advises supervisors at the Federal Reserve on how to monitor and regulate bank risk. His articles appear in academic journals (Quartely Journal of Economics, American Economic Review, ...)and Federal Reserve publications. Morgan is an associate editor at the Journal of Money Credit, and Banking, and he teaches (when needed) at Columbia University. He earned his Ph.D. in 1989 from the University of Wisconsin. Morgan was born in Texas and lives in Manhattan. He likes to play basketball.
