Fields of interest Vasco Curdia joined the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in August 2006. He is currently an Economist in the Macroeconomic and Monetary Studies Function of the Research and Statistics Group. Mr. Curdia is a macroeconomist, with particular interests in monetary policy in an open economy. His current research studies the implications of sudden stops of capital inflows on the monetary policy for emerging market economies. He has also written on estimated dynamic stochastic general equilibrium models. Mr. Curdia received his Ph.D. from Princeton University. |
