Description:
The FR Y-7Q report collects consolidated regulatory capital information from all foreign banking organizations (FBOs). FBOs that have effectively elected to become financial holding companies (FHCs) are required to report the FR Y-7Q on a quarterly basis. All other FBOs (those that have not elected to become FHCs) are required to report the FR Y-7Q annually.

The completed version of this report generally is available to the public upon request on an individual basis 120 days after the quarterly or annual as-of-dates. However, a reporting FBO may request confidential treatment. Data from the FR Y-7Q are not published.
