Announcements
Final Changes to FR Y-10, FR Y-6 and FR Y-7 pdf
A final Federal Register notice for changes to these organizational structure reports was published. Most of the proposed changes to the FR Y-6 and FR Y-7 reporting forms and instructions will be effective December 31, 2011. The proposed changes to the FR Y-10 reporting form and instructions will be effective January 1, 2012.

Proposed Changes to FFIEC 031-041 for June 30, 2012 pdf
The U.S. Banking Agencies published in the Federal Register proposed changes to the FFIEC 031-041 effective for the June 30, 2012 report date. Two proposed revisions in connection with the initial filing of Call Reports by savings associations will be effective March 31, 2012.

Reporting Central to Replace IESUB System
Letters were sent in August 2011 informing FFIEC 009/009a and TIC reporters to begin the transition process to a new reporting application called Reporting Central.

Proposed Transition to Bank Holding Company (BHC) Reporting Forms for Savings and Loan Holding Companies (SLHCs) pdf
The Federal Reserve published in the Federal Register a proposal to exclude certain SLHCs from reporting the same reports as BHCs and allow a phased-in reporting for most SLHCs. The phased-in approach for those SLHCs not excluded from reporting would begin no sooner than the March 31, 2012 reporting period when savings associations are required to file the Call Report.

Proposed Changes to Savings Associations' Data Reporting Requirements for March 31, 2012 pdf
The U.S. Banking Agencies published in the Federal Register proposed changes to savings associations' data reporting requirements beginning with the reporting period ending on March 31, 2012. The proposed changes would require savings associations to cease filing the TFR and commence filing the Call Report.

Notice of Intention to Require Reporting Forms for Savings and Loan Holding Companies for March 31, 2012 pdf
The Federal Reserve published in the Federal Register its intention to require savings and loan holding companies to submit the same reports as bank holding companies, beginning with the March 31, 2012 reporting period.
